After 30 years in the police there was little I did not see. Like all police officers I faced the worst and best of humanity.
It is not a job, it is a way of life where everyone will criticise you and you will never be thanked.
It is a job where you may go home laughing, broken, bleeding or you may never go home.
It is a job that forces you to face fear, hate, despair, sadness but also joy, elation and fulfilment.
This website stands for open, honest discussions about current policing problems in ways you may have never thought about.
Discussions are about looking at all sides, after all we learn from listening rather than from talking.
